Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@royaltyfix.com within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a refund once it’s received and inspected.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If you’d like to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please reach out before sending anything back so we can walk you through the process and provide the proper return details.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order items are created specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us, we’ll always do our best to help.
Digital Products
All digital downloads and printable items are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or delivered.
Supplier & Partner Returns
Some Royaltyfix products are fulfilled directly by trusted suppliers or manufacturers.
In these cases, returns may be subject to the supplier’s inspection and approval process before a refund can be issued.
We’ll handle communication on your behalf to ensure a smooth and timely resolution.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to finalize the posting of funds.
